Energy-friendly house with grass roof. 80 m2. Very sunny living room annex kitchen, spacious kitchen with large block in the middle. Dishwasher from Miele, oven/microwave from Panasonic.
Large table in living room, also table with monitor in bedroom.
Underfloor heating throughout the house. In addition to the toilet, there is an extra toilet in the bathroom. Spacious entrance.
Jotul wood stove.
WiFi on 4G.
Typically a house to work on thesis, book or the like. Also very suitable for foreign visitors on a longer stay in the Netherlands who want to retreat after a busy family visit.
