Villa Solare welcomes you to Scottsdale! This beautiful, authentic Tuscan villa offers two privately gated acres of desert splendor just 3 minutes from the Troon Golf Courses in north Scottsdale. Built for entertaining, the central courtyard features a heated pool and spa, Italian-tiled fountain, outdoor fireplace, built-in BBQ, putting green to fine tune your golf game, surround-sound stereo and designer furniture for soaking in the sun or dining al fresco.

Once inside, sink into the sumptuous theater to watch a movie or challenge an opponent to ping pong, foosball, corn hole (aka "bags") or cards. Stay active with a selection of gym equipment, after which you can soak in the large steam shower. There is excellent WiFi throughout and a separate executive office to help you stay connected.

This unique property boasts 5 bedrooms (optional 6th bedroom), with 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There are 6 beds in the home plus 2 twin-sized airbeds and a queen-sized airbed if needed.

There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Weekend getaway

Very nice and spacious

Booked a quick short term stay for family and friends to gather. Plenty of parking in the driveway And garage lots of games and cool theater room as well as a very nice pool and spa area. House was beautiful and very welcoming and clean. Property manager was very available and appreciated the good communication! Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful Property

Our family had a wonderful time celebrating our sons graduation from Arizona State! Great property for our children and grandkids to spend our time together! The grandkids really enjoyed the movie room and of course the pool! We would definitely come back!!

Just what we were looking for

We were looking for some quiet downtime and found it in this property. Communication was great and cj even stopped over our 1st evening when we had trouble connecting our music to the house system. Lots to do with games (indoor and outdoor). Great for families with all age kids.

Annual fall golf vacation

We have rented from Desert Vista Luxury Homes for many of those years. Jamie and CJ do a wonderful job and have many great homes. They provide superb customer service and are very accessible and responsive should the need arise. The Villa Solare property is greatly situated and located in the heart of Scottsdale. It is a beautiful property with a central courtyard with pool and spa. The casita is situated across the courtyard so it feels very much a part of the home. The second floor master suite, the expansive living room, and the amazing theater room are definitely some highlights. We had a great stay and highly recommend any of their properties.

Spacious, clean, perfect temperature, smells wonderful, great beds, pool and spa temperature are the best we’ve had anywhere! There were 8 of us and at anytime you could have complete privacy somewhere with all the different rooms and space. Location is nice....Within 5 minutes you can get to multiple shopping options (restaurants, grocery, coffee, gas, etc.). 10-15 min from Kierland and higher end shopping if you’d like. It’s a great mix of desert and modern feel with the property. Our goal was to have a personal resort feel and this nailed it! Thanks again for the great experience and we will be in touch next year!!!

Exceeded Expectations

Loved It! We have stayed in quite a few rental homes and hotels, but this one ranks at the top. The house was exactly as advertised and was absolutely spotless. There were a lot of different spaces, each with a different function and equally well thought out. We were on our first trip taking grown kids and their spouses and didn’t know exactly how we would do in the same house for 6 days, but there was so much room and so many activities, it couldn’t have gone better. We will definitely be back!

I would absolutely recommend the Four Seasons for a beautiful dinner or hiking Pinnacle Peak. We would all recommend this property for a family stay or oasis for connection with dear friends. A real Desert Oasis

The phrase "Desert Oasis" means so much more to us now. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We are ranking this as our favorite house ever... and we have stayed at many. Beautiful property

The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want: pool, hot tub, movie theater, fuzz table, pingpong table, grill, viking stove. Everything is clean. You are made to feel welcome. I especially want to mention the views from the balcony at sunrise and sunset. There were minor issues, but the management was extremely responsive and took care of everything immediately.
