Pavilion Grove 5 is set on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados within a luxurious, small gated community. It is directly across from The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel and just a short stroll to a beautiful beach..

The home has two levels and great outdoor space.
Main level:
Airy open living room with french doors to front porch and french doors to side yard with outdoor dining area, lounge chairs and a plunge pool. Fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area. 1st floor bedroom with 2 twins or can be combined to 1 king; a full bath and laundry. Large front porch for dining, relaxing and entertaining

Upstairs:
Master BR with vaulted wood ceiling, full bath, sitting area and sun deck off of bedroom
2 additional bedrooms with queen beds, each with en suite bath
The interior living areas are spacious and fully air-conditioned.

Within a short walk there are local restaurants, a small market, french bakery and the beautiful beach of Alleyne’s Bay. Along the beach area there are some good local beach bars.

The area is peaceful and quiet and in an ideal location!

Beautiful Villa a few minutes walk to Alleynes Bay

Whispering Palms is a beautifully appointed Villa on a peaceful private gated road just a few minutes walk to one of the most idyllic beaches in Barbados. The Villa has everything you need for relaxing dining on the terrace or a BBQ by the pool. It is only a short walk to JuJu's beach bar for a sundowner, 5 star dining at the Lone Star or a short drive to an array of bars and restaurants in Holetown. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return.

Amazing family villa

A beautifully presented villa in an excellent location. The villa has several seating areas you can enjoy and 6 sun loungers to accommodate larger families. The villa felt very safe and was behind a gated driveway and it had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone had a wonderful stay and the host and cleaning staff were very helpful. About the host

Your host

At first, we were first guests at Whispering Palms. We loved our stay so much, we bought the home in May of 2023. Our primary home is in Washington, DC, but we plan to spend as much time as possible at this new Barbados villa that we love. In between our visits, we hope you will be our guests, and come see why it's a perfect vacation setting.

The previous owner (the first and only since it's construction in 2005) maintained it faithfully and had a robust clientele of repeat renters.

Several beautiful beaches and great restaurants are within easy walking distance. Many more, as well as spas, a gym, and supermarket are a brief drive, public bus, or taxi ride.

Our lovely property manager will meet you upon your arrival at the villa, will answer all your questions, and can arrange for in-home chef.
