Located in the heart of the two best town Squares. Completely remodeled in 2023.
Be the first guest to enjoy this modernized
1750 square foot home with many luxuries.
Full master suite with a large walk in closet, double sink vanity and glass door shower in the bathroom.
Full guest suite with guest bedroom, large office with a murphy bed, and a modern full bath.
Both suites are perfectly split, separated by the living room, dining room and kitchen.
A pocket sliding door gives complete privacy to the guest suite.
Other spaces besides the two suites include:
Spacious open living room with leather couch and chair and glass tables.
Dining room with seating for up to 6 guests.
Family Room/Video Room with 4 recliners, one being a LIFT chair for those with special needs.
Island kitchen with all the appliances, small wares, and cooking essentials you could ever need.
Florida room completely enclosed with pull out sofa, privacy windows and door, that could be used as a 4th bedroom. This room also features an electric fireplace.
Screened in outdoor porch with a new gas grill, and a great view of the backyard.

Four person Yamaha gas golf cart in a two car garage. Golf cart converts for club storage and shopping needs.

Most importantly: Both Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs downtown squares can be easily reached via golf cart in under 10 minutes. The Rio Grande Pool is also 1 mile away. The Tierra Del Sol Country Club, tennis courts and restaurant are 1.2 miles away. Grocery stores, shopping malls etc, can also be accessed via golf cart.
The home is far from any busy roads, in a very quiet, low, low traffic neighborhood.

The house was clean, comfortable and only minutes to shopping, recreation center pools, walking trails, nightly entertainment and more. Troy was very accommodating and available for any questions etc… we enjoyed the use of the golf cart too!

Perfect 5-Star Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house in The Villages, FL. It was clean, safe, and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The owner's communication was excellent, and the location gave us easy access to attractions. The amenities, including the golf course, pool, dog park, and children's playground, were perfect. Plus, the fully stocked kitchen and ample towels and linens were great for our family. We highly recommend this property for a memorable getaway in The Villages.

Wonderful 2 months

Stayed January and February, 2024. Perfect location, extremely comfortable and fully equipped house. Very responsive owner. No problems, except for a washing machine which was replaced within one day (also with a new dryer). Beautiful back yard and screened porch to enjoy it. Looking forward to returning next year.
