Nice place!!!Might want to address the wasp nests in the carport eaves, two rather large ones. But they didn’t bother us because we’re used to it. Other guests maybe not so much

Sun and fishing

We enjoyed the location and the dock for our boat. View from patio was impressive and propane fire table made sitting on the outdoor patio nice at night. Had everything we needed. Could use a deep cleaning but we may be the first renters for the season. The VRBO should be updated with amenities like air conditioning, BBQ and propane fire to name a few. Would be nice if the boat lift was moved away from the stairs to the beach for easier access for kids.

Perfection

Incredible stay. Freezing cold a/c, spacious and clean. This place has everything you need including cookware and laundry. BBQ and fire table with supplied propane. Michael, the owner, was very gracious and accommodating and the property management group was exactly what their name implies, Next Level. We were greeted with a very nice bottle of wine from a local vineyard that is a 5 minute walk away. So good we bought some more. Oroville is very close and has nice Mexican and Italian restaurants. We chose this location for its lakefront and we were not disappointed. Easy access for our boat and the sunsets from the upper deck were awesome. We would definitely return. Highly recommend. Steve

Honestly the place was extremely dirty. There were no basic essentials like oven mitts, clean sponge to do the dishes, the website said basic essentials which is absolutely not true. A lot of the pans had the non-stick surface coming off so we had to go by pans, cleaning supplies, hand soap, etc. There were exposed wires, bedrooms and also face plates missing with exposed wires. The kitchen stove was duct taped. I have endless pictures of how filthy this place was. There was dirty laundry, candy wrappers, vape, pens, etc. Under the couches and beds the floors were filthy and not swept or mopped. There were a lot of items still in drawers and cupboards that we were not able to use for our stay there. There were broken pieces of glass and light bulbs in the planters outside. Party supplies or decor all over the yard from a grad party. We had a random guy show up and didn't even knock on the door and started taking our stuff out of the yard without even letting us know who he was. Apparently he was there to mow the lawn but we had no notice. I wasn't prepared to clean the place once I got there, but it was so unsanitary that I had to. The garbage cans on the deck down below Were full. Aside from the location, this was the most disgusting VRBO I have ever seen. A local hotel is way cleaner. VRBO offered us 300 for 10 people to go stay somewhere else for one night. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to get our money refunded or compensation.
