The house was perfect for what we needed as a family of 6 adults, an infant and a pet. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for the perfect home.

Although the 2 of us did not need 3 bedrooms, we selected this property because we wanted to enjoy a private pool and hot tub. This amenity did not disappoint. Therapeutic and relaxing. Spacious well equipped kitchen and dining area with mountain views to the west. Large primary suite and closet, huge shower with lots of morning light. Communicative and caring host. 3 TVs and gameroom a plus! We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The owner being pet-friendly was a huge plus for our family. The home had spacious bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone, making it perfect for families with kids. We loved all the entertainment options, including the dart board, foosball table, pool, and spa. The RV parking was a huge bonus and easily accommodated our larger boat, with plenty of additional parking for everyone else. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely book here again! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The neighborhood was it and the neighbors were nice. We had several teen boys with us and they really enjoyed the gaming consoles, dart board and water guns. It’s a bit further from the Havasu state park boat launch but for the price it was fine. There are plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Overall nice experience.
