This house Is set up perfect for families with kids. Kid/game room has separate ac with tv, dvd and games. House includes linens and towels. Washer and dryer included. Everything was fantastic. The house was fully stocked and very homey. We wish we could have stayed longer. The house is close to groceries, restaurants, and the London Bridge.

The neighborhood was it and the neighbors were nice. We had several teen boys with us and they really enjoyed the gaming consoles, dart board and water guns. It’s a bit further from the Havasu state park boat launch but for the price it was fine. There are plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Overall nice experience.
