Spacious Loft in walking distance to coffee shops and great dining options.

Come stay at our stylish downtown loft! It's perfect for families, a group getaway, executives, or a couples escape. There are no quiet hours, our loft is above a bar and event space, but the noise is almost always gone by midnight, we provide earplugs by the beds. The only access is stairs, so you get to skip the stair master for the time you are here! 😃 The property is 2,400 square feet, so plenty of space. AND It's right in the middle of some of our greatest locally-owned restaurants, nightlife, boutique shopping, and coffee shops in Joplin. The new Arts and Entertainment Complex is just a few blocks away, also.

There are 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 separate comfy living rooms, a billiard room, and a laundry room in the unit. The kitchen has all you will need! You also need to know that there are a lot of stairs. And NO quiet hours. The business is below usually are closed around midnight. So it’s not loud after that generally. We do provide earplugs 😊

This place is very spacious, it was very clean and had everything we needed. It is within many walkable places to eat although we chose to eat in the restaurant at the bottom of the stairs. Host was very responsive

We felt very informed and welcomed by the host. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, comfort, and uniqueness of the space. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We all had a good nights sleep.The pool table was a huge hit. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

The loft was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. The beds were so comfortable. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The only issue was connecting to the WiFi. The TV in the living room just spun and the WiFi password wasn’t working. Other than that, a great experience and HIGHLY recommended!

Great VRBO

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting family. The loft is located in an older building and is nicely updated. The decor is super cute! It was easy to find and overnight street parking was not a problem for us. We could hear people around in the building, but we're not easily bothered by noise. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We stayed in this 3 bedroom, spacious apartment as a family of 7 and had plenty of room! Beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve had when staying away from home. Very clean. Will stay again if traveling through Joplin, MO.

Graduation Celebration

This was our second time to stay at Tiffany's property! As before, it was a great experience! She even left us a personal note and remembered that we were celebrating our son's college graduation. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone who wants a fun place with plenty of space to spread out!

This is really a cool and old loft apartment in downtown Joplin that recently been remodeled, but still has the old wood floors and trim work.

City Life Fun

This is a very fun place to stay for a family who loves an old town vibe! There is so much to do in Joplin and no shortage of places to eat. I highly recommend Hungry Monkey Hawaiian just 2 blocks away!! We played pool, darts, and board games all night a few times during our stay. Also plenty of fun movie nights with the family too!!!
