Condo was wonderful! Exactly as described and had everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking items! The condo complex was clean and easy to navigate around to the pool and beach. Communication with owners was excellent and response times were within minutes! The balcony was perfect to watch the ocean and fireworks on the 4th! My boys and I had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!

We very much enjoyed our time at this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as described and was beautifully decorated. We had everything that we needed and more. My grandmother was with us on this trip and commented that this was the best place that we have ever stayed at on the beach. We definitely will book this unit again when we return to New Symrna Beach!!

Excellent Beach Vacay!

We had an excellent time! Condo was perfect with all the amenities and comforts of home. Great experience overall! 10 out of 10! Hope to return soon!

Disney break

My mom, kids and I stayed here after a few days at Disney for some relaxation. The condo was beyond adorable. The decor was so beachy. Everytime we came back in we found another fun painting or knick knack that we loved. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy and the view was great. We loved having beach chairs and toys to use since we flew down. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Condo on the Beach

We loved the condo ! It was very clean with newer remodeled kitchen and appliances . Updated bathrooms and very nice furniture and the decorations were also very nice. The view from the living room is amazing and the vacant furniture is very comfortable to sit on outside and enjoy the ocean breeze. The condo is supplied with everything you need for a family stay whether a few days or a week or more .

Sweetest most Beachy place EVER! WE loved Everything!

This is a place all 3 of us could live in! So clean, beautiful decorations, made us feel like we were on some quiet beautiful island! Spotless and literally had Everything you would need! I highly recommend Mandy's place! Not the best if you have toddlers as they will want to pick up and look at all of her fun things in the place. For 3 and up! Loved her patio on the 8th floor, Great views of both the ocean and the town!

Perfect Location Beautiful View!

We rented this property for my parents so that they could be close to us in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities you might need from beach chairs and towels to sand toys. The apartment was well stocked and they received a kind note and gift upon arrival. They loved the easy access to the beach heated pool which was nicely placed out of the wind and all the amenities being close by (including an ice cream shop across the street). This is located very close to the no drive beach and is close to the access point for cars. A park for kids is within walking distance and the view cannot be beat from the 8th floor! They absolutely loved their stay and our kids loved spending the night on occassion. The ownders were very responsive and easy to work with. We will be booking again!

This place is truly special. The views are spectacular—you’ve got both ocean and river, and we watched the sunset every evening. You can even catch the sunset from the sofa! The location is ideal, and the condo is gorgeous and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. We started calling it our “Castle in the Sky.” Already looking forward to our next stay!
