House Rules:

1. Security cameras actively monitor the house entrances, recording audio and video. No cameras are installed inside the house.
2. Noise sensors are in place to enforce our no-party policy. Heavy fines apply for noise violations during quiet hours (12 AM to 8 AM).
3. Pets are allowed with additional charges. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your furry friends.
4. Smoking is only permitted outside. Smoking indoors will result in additional charges ($500 and up).
5. Failure to declare pets will result in a penalty of $100 plus the pet fee. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
6. Please ensure you check your belongings before checking out, as hosts are not responsible for keeping guests' items.
7. BBQ cleaning is not included in the cleaning fee. Please clean the barbecue after use—tools are provided.
8. If the hot tub water appears cloudy, it may require more chlorine. We are happy to provide instructions on how to add chlorine.
