Hospitals are only 1.1 mi = NO RENTAL CAR NEEDED. The River is .5 mi away for fishing, kayaking or jogging on the Riverwalk. Unit is gated but parking is outside gate. Listing is for upstairs unit ONLY (downstairs/adjacent cottage also available)
