Honestly not bad for the price be learry of the area if not from El Paso but our vehicle was safe and room was secure exactly what we needed for a football tournament

This was the absolute worst place i’ve ever stayed. It was so dirty when we got there that I couldn’t even walk around barefoot, there was cockroaches in the unit, the shower was filthy. On top of that this is such an unsafe place to stay. I didn’t feel safe for a second of our stay. I had to call the police due to being unsafe. The host is absolutely terrible. He told us that the cleaners would bring trash bags to us & never did. It took him a really long time to respond, & when he did respond it was very unhelpful. The add states that there is laundry on site & there is NOT. We had this place booked for an entire month & ended up leaving after 2 & a half weeks in due to feeling entirely unsafe & when I brought my concerns to the host he told me that he couldn’t issue a refund for the remaining time because “the unit was a mess” but when i asked for photos I did not get a response. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. You will absolutely regret it.

What a mess

The area is shady. The room looks just like the pictures uploaded on Vrbo. However, there were dirty towels, no hair dryer and the AC makes a lot of noise at night. At 5am in the morning another tenant (a woman I believe) knocked on our door and other doors in the complex due to fight with their boyfriend. The police showed up and one of them was arrested. We got like 4 hours of sleep that night.

You have to be careful with this guest, he tried to deceive Vrbo, sending photos from 3 years ago, he tried to lie to me, and wanted to get a refund, for a mistake he made. I hope not to have him as a guest again. He even complained about the police doing his job. Obviously his comment does not match the rest of the reviews of the property.
