🏡⭐️Charming 2 bed. historical house -Centrl El Paso
Charming 2 bedroom house with a large living room, spacious dining room and kitchen, fully remodeled. The house is located in an established historical neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants. The house has a beautiful master bedroom with lots of windows.
The second bedroom is small but great for children. It is in an addition right past the kitchen and has a twin bed with a dresser perfect for kids as it also has a mattress that pulls out to allow for 2 children to sleep comfortably.
The space
The house is a full 2 bedroom there is a studio unit that is rented out in the front of the house but that has a separate entrance so guests will not be inconvenienced.
There’s also a separate studio rented at the back of the house completely separate with own entrance but same property.
Guest access
Guests can have access to the entire house except the studio apartment which has a door at the end of the hallway and in the living room but is locked from both sides for everyone’s privacy.
Other things to note
Be mindful that there is a studio apartment at the front of the house. So we ask that you be respectful and keep the noise level reasonable.
