North Myrtle Beach condo rental Ocean Pier IV unit 136 is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This 1st floor unit (not ground floor) has a fabulous view of the beach from the oceanfront balcony; accessible from the master bedroom and living room. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the fresh ocean breezes coming off the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! Ocean Pier IV is in a very nice section of the beach and is convenient to outlet shopping, award winning golf courses, superb restaurants, and many of the more popular Myrtle Beach attractions! You will enjoy the many unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment for the entire family at Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing, which are both just a few minutes away.

Ocean Pier IV unit 136 has a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare and serve family meal and snacks. The dining area has seating for 4 and there are 2 additional seats along the kitchen counter. There is a comfortable living room area with plenty of seating for everyone and a lovely view of the beach. North Myrtle Beach vacation rental Ocean Pier IV 136 has 3 televisions and FREE WiFi access. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Unit 136 does not allow smoking.

North Myrtle Beach rental unit 136 features a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a TV and access to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a television. Ocean Pier has nice property amenities for the whole family to enjoy. There is an oceanfront outdoor pool with a large deck and lounge chairs for sunbathing, and an outside shower. An outdoor charcoal grill for guests' use is located at the front, south side of the building. Parking at Ocean Pier IV is onsite and each condo is allowed to have no more than two cars. Pets and motorcycles are not allowed on this property.

Beautiful Ocean Views!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location than Ocean Pier IV! The view from the balcony was beautiful! A minute walk to the beach which was clean and family-oriented. Slight musty smell when we arrived, possibly from the owner’s pet. We were able to air it out. The property managers were friendly and helpful. Great get-away for our family!

Just like the pictures.It had everything we needed for the week. A great, cozy and beachy condo!

It was nice,clean and quiet.It was right on the beach and so close to the pool.We enjoyed it being on the first floor.We would love to stay there next year for vacation.Very glad they had 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer.That was so convenient.I would recommend this place to any small family.

Nice condo on the beach

Close to private beach access. There is some undercover parking. There are 4 chairs on the deck. Pool was nice. Over toilet shelf in second bath would be nice. Needs a few more dishes so not washing all the time. They were quick to bring us some large cups when we told them there were only 4. Check in/out needs to be a little easier. No need to drive to office. Keyless entry and no one ever checked for pool bands. Even without traffic it added 20 minutes to our drive. Enjoyed our meals at Rip Tydz Carolina Roadhouse Dirty Don’s Goodfella’s Chesapeake House Lula’s and Flamingo Grill. FYI No tents/canopies allowed on the beach only umbrellas. Plenty of towels provided.

Nice condo but have a few recommendations..

This condo is a clean condo. We had no problems during our stay in July 2023. However there are a few things that could be changed to enhance renters stay..1) there is not enough seating. The condo has an occupancy of four but the couch does not have enough seats for four and there is no other chairs. There is a six seater table with chairs but they are not comfortable to sit in and watch tv in the evening. I suggest getting a smaller table and adding a chair for more seating. 2) Not much the owner can do about this but the view to the ocean is blocked by the dunes( just an FYI). 3) Air conditioning needs serviced or replaced, especially in master bedroom. It did not keep the room very cool. 4) Also you have to have a personal streaming account to use the tv. Over all we had a great time, just some minor things that would make it better.
