The place was very welcoming!! Everything was as the app said it was as far as bedding and towels. There were only 6 bath towels so we had to do laundry more than we planned on. The pictures on the app need to be updated because things have changed. Overall I would recommend to anyone and we plan on being back!!

Everything was wonderful except we booked a 3 bedroom condo as there were 3 couples going and they only provided parking passes for 2 vehicles. The 3rd couple ended up having to park in a parking garage costing an additional 240 for the 4 nights.

Our property description does state that only one assigned parking space is provided and there are a limited number of guest spaces available. If we were notified of the need for additional parking, we could've directed you to the public lot across the street that costs $20-$25/night.

Really enjoyed our stay. Love the pool and the easy, close access to the beach. Wish there was a ceiling light in main bedroom and more comfortable bed in second bedroom. Highly recommended. Very close to all types of restaurants.

A little dated but great location

It's an older property but it was sufficient for our stay. The location was great. Close to everything and the beach view from the room was amazing. Definitely worth the price, I'd have no problem staying again

The place was awesome. Only “complaint” would be helpful to understand what to do with more than one vehicle before you get there. I would stay there in the future.

I absolutely can't wait to stay again

This place has absolutely everything you could ever need in a vacation rental. This place is clean, very relaxing and stocked with all the necessary thing's you will need for a fun week of fun in the sun. Waking up everyday to that view was just mind blowing. I am currently looking at staying here again in October.

This was our first time staying here for our family beach vacation. The place was nice. It came with all you needed to cook with in the kitchen. If you plan on using the grill, it's a bit of a hike to go back and forth to cook so we decided not to use the grill. The view was spectacular. I highly enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning while looking at the beach. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clear on the top but very cloudy on the bottom to the point when my child went under water in the shallow end, I literally could not even see him anymore. We didn't go back in after that and just stuck to the beach. I wish the pool was in better condition but as far as the room we stayed in, we were very happy.

The day we flew out to Tampa it was 7 degrees in Maine. We landed in Tampa and it was in the 80s. The weather was great and you cant ask for nicer beaches. This condo is right on the beach. There are also many other attractions in the area like state parks, fishing, botanical gardens, shops, and restaurants. I would have stayed another month if I could have

Holiday Villas 2 was such an awesome place to stay. Three decent sized bedrooms, enough for my 4 boys…all the amenities from home , it was great! Pool was fantastic…8ft on one end 4 ft on the other and plenty of places to sit around the pool will definitely stay her again!

feels like home

We have rented this property a couple times now, bringing different family down with us, and we nor our family have ever been disappointed. we love this condo, it’s so nice and most of so comfortable. This condo feels like our home away from home, we want to travel to other cities, but have always came back here and always will.

Loved the pool. Beach is right there. The unit had pretty much everything. Would have appreciated larger/more bath towels. No laundry in unit, but machines are close to unit and were decent.

Family Beach Vacation

Me, my husband, my two daughters, granddaughter, and niece came for a week. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the pool was closed until the last 2 days of our stay. Something about the pool pump and getting a part in to fix it. I totally understand that things break but it was disappointing for our family especially my 2 and half year old granddaughter.

Great location

This 3 bedroom unit was perfect for 6 people. It is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. There is no balcony as advertised but we spent most of our time on the beach. The unit itself has everything you need. It is a bit dated but we spent little time indoors. They have plenty of beach supplies - umbrellas and chairs. There are a few restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The pool was clean and lots of seating available. We loved it here.
