Thisisit!! Sun, beach and fun

Fabulous unit is located on the third floor of our building with elevator access. Our lovely condo #308 will sleep 4+ with 2 newly renovated bedrooms, master bedroom has queen sized bed, second bedroom has a lovely Thomasville King set with all new bedding, large flat screen tv. We have 2 new baths 1 located in the master bedroom, the second of the common hall, with oversized marble shower and body sprays. Large open fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large living room and dining room. We have an open balcony to watch sunrise or have a private morning breakfast. We have Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room, We also have a Pac n'play for a little one. Both bedrooms have amazon fire sticks. We also enjoy on site laundry and onsite staff for cleaning, maintenance and office support. Many guest enjoy the number of varied restaurants within walking distance including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our local grocery store Publics, delivers. We are a short 45 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and the tampa International Airport. Disney and Busch gardens are both within driving distance. Indian Rocks Beach is known for its beautiful sand and clear waters. Come to the beach!

50 Gulfside was amazing, from watching the dolphins in the morning to the amazing sunsets.

Was a great place to stay, everyone was very friendly and the beach and sunsets were amazing. And within walking distance to JD's a great place any time of day!

The location was great. Nice beach right out back and a laid back enjoyable town just a short trip in either direction. Lots of great restaurants and things to do. Condo is nice, plenty of room for our family of 4, nicely equipped.

This property was gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean, well stocked, and comfy! Amazing view of the inlet where we saw dolphins everyday, and only a few steps to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful spot!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was well appointed and had all the items we needed. Beautiful views, a short walk to the beach, and short walk restaurants (Crabby Bill’s and JD’s).

The condo was exactly what we were looking for, footsteps from the beach, heated pool and walking distance to the restaurants and some shops! Also close enough to visit John's Pass and Clearwater for the pier. The condo was perfect for our family of four! Our boys said they want to go back every year!

Great location for a getaway

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 50 Gulfside. The condo was very roomy and had all of the comforts of home and enough utensils and pots to cook Thanksgiving dinner (if needed). We loved the fact that the beach was just a few short steps away and the heated pool was great since we stayed during a "cool" spell. The location is quiet, but close to many of the attractions we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This is a great place for a beachfront getaway. Property is exactly as described and pictured, no disappointments. You can't be closer to the ocean unless you are on a boat! Very clean unit with a lot of space inside. Great communication with owner and very nice to have responsive onsite property management. Highly recommended!

Great Community & Location

We loved the charm and laid-back vibes of the condo complex and the town! We parked the car, had instacart deliver groceries, and walked to dinner every night. The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas - so we didn't need to bring our own! It was lovely! The hosts were great and let us add an extra day on the front end - will definitely be back!

Great Family Get-A-Way!

Me and my husband along with our two teenage girls visited 50 Gulfside, we rented a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. Our stay was nothing short of fabulous! The unit was clean, classy but yet family friendly. The kids had their own space, which was a plus. We would return to this unit again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Wonderful condo! Nicely decorated and equipped. We discovered the microwave didn’t work, so we contacted the owner and a new microwave came the next day! The owner, Catherine, was great to work with!

Great place to vacation.

We had a moms/daughters/friends "stay" here. The condo was very comfortable & cute, & had everything we needed for cooking & relaxing. The owner was totally accommodating for our late check-in, & the office staff was helpful in answering questions about the area. Indian Rocks Beach is a great location; when it was too windy to walk on the beach, we were able to just walk on Gulf Blvd. We were not on the Gulf side, but still saw dolphins & lots of boats in the Intercoastal waterway. We would definitely choose this location again.

Great condo, great locatioin!

We had a great time staying in this beautiful condo! Newly renovated bathrooms, new furniture, beautifully decorated! The condo faces the intra-coastal, not the beach, but we enjoyed it just the same. The property was clean and well maintained. The owners are very helpful and friendly to deal with. IRB is the best location on the beach with lots of dining options (JD"S!!) and activities just minutes, north and south of IRB. Our family of 4 with teenagers can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Great condo for a family vacation

This was a great place for our family. The unit is furnished well and laid out nicely to fully utilize the space. The owners are so nice and were available when we needed them. This condo does not give you a beachfront view, but we enjoyed watching the boats pass on the intercoastal, from our balcony. We also spotted dolphins. No washer/dryer inside the unit, but there is a laundry room down the hall (you will need quarters). We enjoyed our stay in this condo in IRB so much, we added a couple nights to our stay. Great vacay spot!

We just got back home from a week long stay at Cathy's condo. We had a great time! Cathy was so easy to work with. During our stay, the pool was not open due to repairs being made from hurricane damage. Cathy informed us about this prior to our arrival and offered a discount which we thought was very nice. The office staff was awesome and the maintenance crew was great as well. The condo was very comfortable inside, with beautiful views of the bay. The beach is literally right out the back door! It wasn't crowded at all during our stay. There were several beach chairs provided as well as an umbrella to help keep the hot sun at bay! The condo's kitchen had everything you could ever need to make meals. Overall, you couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend staying here. I know my family definitely will again!!!

Rick and I started traveling on vacation to the area searching for our future 'retirement home'. We always thought that we would purchase a home in a nice quiet neighborhood and maybe be lucky enough to have a pool. Each year that we came down we spent more and more time on the beaches of Florida. Each day we would travel to a different beach, Venice, Honeymoon, St. Pete's, Pass-a-grill, Clearwater. After several years we realized that we did not want a home in a nice quiet residential area, we wanted to be on the BEACH.

Why they chose this property

Fifty Gulfside at Indian Rocks beach has the best of everything. A nice quiet condominium with heated pool and fabulous tenants and owners. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and nightly entertainment and in between Clearwater and St. Pete's Beach. You can jump on the trolley and travel the entire 25 miles along the Gulf on Gulf Boulevard. It really is the Best of The beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Day and night you can watch the Dolphins swim by, if you are lucky enough you can even see manatees. If you are lucky enough you can stay at Indian Rocks Beach.

What makes this property unique

Our location has so much to offer you don't even have to leave. Swim in the heated pool, sun bathing on the fabulous pool deck, body surf in the Gulf, surf fishing out the back door or intracoastal fishing across the street. Numerous beach games, horseshoes, volley ball, sandcastles and kites, the list is long.
