This Destin vacation rental comes with three simple rules – relax, relax, relax! Not to worry, a relaxed mood becomes second nature with the beach in the front yard and a beautifully adorned condo to enjoy it from. Relax on the furnished balcony and watch the sunset over the Gulf waters and the enticing pool deck and then test your culinary skills on the complex grill deck or inside the large well equipped kitchen.
Beach Resort enjoys a very coveted location set along the beach road viewing the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sun shine and the stars twinkle over the rare emerald waters anytime the mood strikes. Stroll along the paved walkway that hugs the beach and leads to delicious eateries and beach shops. Or unwind amongst the palms of Beach Resort on the spacious pool deck with a hot tub, shaded lounge chairs and mushroom fountain in the pool. Plus, championship golf courses and two very popular outdoor malls are only a few minutes away by car.

Occupancy for 2 adults only. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

No pets allowed

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV

Amazing condo with comfortable beds. The location was perfect. The only negative was the health department shut down pool for 2 days and we were not offered any other pool passes or entertainment.

June 2019 Stay

We had a late check in on a Friday. There was no pool key with our packet. There was no gate code to the beach. Also, we could not locate the assigned access gate to the beach for our resort even though there is a photo in the “your rental” gallery. We called twice and emailed and were told someone “may” get back to us before Monday. So we are here with our six year old boy with no access to the pool or the private beach we paid for. The rental is nice but the weekend service and ability to obtain information is poor. We’ve been here for 12 hours with 4 days to go and we already know we will not be utilizing nor recommending this company again. Do yourself a favor and stay at a real resort with full time staff.

Thank you for providing us feedback on your recent stay with us. We are very sorry you had some issues during your check-in process and needed further clarification on the rental. We do our best to communicate with the guests on where to go and what to do. Unfortunately, the pool key does have to be signed out as there is a fee associated with the key. After some research it appears our after hours line wrote your phone number down incorrectly so our representative was not able to speak with you. However, it appears one of our valued employees came out personally to deliver the key and followed up with you after this stay. We are thrilled we were able to turn the stay around and you had a great vacation. We hope you will come back and see us very soon!

We loved the property. Perfect location, cool pool area, nice building. Great kitchen and lots of space. Awesome to have two chairs and an umbrella for our use at the gorgeous beach. Enjoyed sunrises and ocean view from the condo balcony. TVs are a bit on the smaller side. Fairly new to VRBO, we baulked when it came to all the add ons fees on top of the nightly rate. I know that can vary depending on owner or management company. But overall the experience was wonderful.

Only issue we had was the dryer. It needs to be replaced. It took 3 cycles (so 3 hours!) for a load of laundry to be done.

Very nice condo, location and views! Bring a cart or something to carry stuff to beach if you have little ones😃 As entrance to beach is about a block or so! Bunk mattress fair but they are bunk bedd😊

The resort has all the required amenities and stuff that we need to live with peace and comfort, and enjoy the vacation. It has really nice view of the beach from balcony and enjoyed the weather during leisure time. It really cool and happy that I have opted this for my vacation. I would definitely recommend this for other and I will look back to this, when I plan my next vacation here.

This was our second trip to Beach Resort. Love the location, the pool and hot tub, setup of condo, covered parking however disappointed with Newman Dailey's communication and cleaning service. This condo needs a lot of TLC and deep cleaning. Dust and dirt in every corner. Crumbs in cabinets in kitchen. Bathroom tub and toilet also dirty. Put a call into Newman daily and didn't get an email or response so then 4 days later put an email in and called and informed by property manager she didn't get message. She did compensate an extra night but failed to let cleaning crew know and they walked in our condo while we were sleeping on our last day. Both companies blamed each other. Definitely need to work on communication!
