200 Steps to Private Beach - Ground Floor Condo!
Hey guys! We are located less than 200 steps from our communities gorgeous private beach! Book a week or more and get a 10% discount on your stay! At our condo you'll have a ground floor entrance with visibility to one of the property's two heated outdoor swimming pools, in addition to hot tub, onsite laundry facilities, and plenty of parking!
Some of our favorite amenities include:
- Private beach access less than 200 steps away
- Free Parking
- Ground floor entrance near parking
- Fast wifi
- 2 heated pools
- Hot tub
- Hallway bunks
- Comfortable queen pull out couch
- Comfortable beds
- Walkable restaurants
- 4 charcoal grills just outside your front door
- 50" Smart TV w/ streaming apps and cable
The Red Tape:
Gulfview Condominiums require at least one adult 25 or older to be present during stay.
Pets are not allowed. If a pet is present there will be a $250 fine and you will be asked to leave.
This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 6. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.
Quiet time is 10pm-8am, please be respectful of our neighbors or you will be asked to leave.
The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
No golf carts are allowed to be parked in the Gulfview parking lot.
Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
No late check-out or early check-in without prior approval.

Hey guys! Jonathan and Dani here! We've been doing life together since 2010 and in 2021 decided to expand that life to the beach! We've absolutely loved it and are so excited to share our experience with you!
Why they chose this property
We love the community here. Everyone is so kind and the area feels incredibly safe. BUT the main reason we chose this space was of course the short walk to THE BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE BEACH!
