This cabin was perfect from our group! We came to Kenai to do some fishing, and this place was great! Very cozy, the views were amazing looking out of the large windows at Beaver creek. Warren was very nice and helpful and quick to answer when I contacted with questions. It was great to have a large freezer out front of the cabin to store fish. I would highly recommend this cabin, very cool Alaskan decor as well!
This property is beautiful, we saw moose swim across the creek right from the back yard. The home was comfortable with two large bedrooms, a smaller but still spacious bedroom and a nook, plenty of sleeping space for all with clean comfortable linens. The upstairs shower is compact and was tight for taller quests but the main floor has a full shower/tub. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. The rental process: this was our first time booking through vrbo. The listing is through a property management company and they send a short term rental agreement. The damage deposit hold was a bit more than what it was quoted on VRBO and the second payment was due sooner than noted on our VRBO booking, this is all done outside of the VRBO platform. Ultimately it was not a big deal but guests or new VRBO customers should be aware that the process may vary slightly. Communication with the host was A+, Warren immediately responded by phone to any questions or concerns that came up and was super helpful. Also to note, boat slips are used by others so there were times that people were walking right by the house in/out of the back to get to and from their boats, they did so quietly and did not bother us.
Would absolutely stay here again.
