This is a brand new build home located minutes from downtown Landrum. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath house has been designed with your stay in mind. From the luxury mattresses and linens, to the coffee bar, family games (including corn hole!), waffle maker, and tastefully designed spaces it is the perfect retreat for couples and families. Landrum has a wonderful weekend farmers market, antique shopping, hiking, unique restaurants, and gorgeous mountain views. We would love to host you!

Had a great time at Parkers place in Landrum. Interior of the space was HGTV heaven. Great attention to detail we had everything we needed especially for cooking. Had a great time with the family and will definitely be back.

Great House in Landrum

Landrum Inn was the perfect stay for a long weekend in Landrum to enjoy the the area. The house was brand new and had everything you need. The hosts did little things to make the stay better like shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom which was a nice touch. Downtown was close and Saluda/Hendersonville were a short drive away. We will stay here again.

Go visit Landrum!

We are a group of friends who love weekend motorcycle trips especially to the mountains. We chose Landrum because it was only a 4 hour ride from home but close enough to ride the area of Lake Lure and Black Mountain. How lucky we were to find this property! Absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and comfortable! Everything you need and more. The beds were so comfortable and we honestly felt spoiled. Parker you really outdid the decor. I think me and my girlfriend’s have projects lined up for the husbands! Don’t think twice about staying here, location is perfect for visiting Landrum.

Weekend friend's getaway in Landrum

3 adult women planned a ladies' getaway weekend to enjoy Landrum and TIEC. We rented this home from VRBO and Parker was our property manager. We were thrilled with the location, the home and the level of service we were provided. The house: 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and the house was a newly constructed home. Master bedroom downstairs with a living room, dining area and kitchen. Two bedrooms with a shared bath upstairs. The house was immaculately clean. The bedding was plush and very comfortable. The bathrooms had all the necessities (shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, etc.) and the towels were soft, fresh & clean. The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker and there was enough coffee for the three of us for the whole weekend. The pantry had cleaning supplies just in case. The washer/dryer was new and they supplied laundry detergent. What made this even better is that the Wi-Fi was easy to access and use. Whenever we had a question, Parker responded quickly. If I had to be critical of anything, the driveway is steep. When you head off the property, I had to inch my car into the street as to not scratch the bottom from the grade of the curve. It was not an issue going up to the house; just on the way down towards the street. I would rent this house again without question.
