Para quem deseja descansar....

A casa acomoda bem, possui utensílios necessários para uma boa hospedagem. As imagens correspondem ao local. A piscina é bela, só não posso falar mais a respeito pq não pudemos aproveita+lá em virtude da chuva durante os 5 dias que permanecemos na casa. O condomínio é para quem procura tranquilidade. Para ir a praia há duas opções de deslocamento: a pé, cerca de 1 Km da praia de Mococa. Praia calma, com poucas ondas. Ou de carro, seguindo em direção ao centro, onde tem opções de quiosques. É uma casa que indico conhecer.

Boa casa, segura dentro de condomínio

O anfitrião, Rogério muito prestativo e atencioso, nos auxiliou sempre que precisamos. O imóvel é bom, único problema é a falta de telas nas janelas e portas para reduzir a quantidade de muriçocas, como só um dos quartos tem ar-condicionado, o outro é bem quente e não dá para dormir com a janela aberta. Também nos incomodou o cheiro de esgoto que ficou correndo no meio fio lá na rua, pelo que parece vem de uma das casas vizinhas.

Excelente casa, excelente localização e principalmente o cuidado e atenção do Sr. Rogério do momento em que você aluga até o final da hospedagem. Sempre a disposição. Com certeza é um lugar que recomendo e eu mesma voltarei em outras temporadas. Tudo está conforme as fotos e descrição do site. A praia da Mococa, onde se localiza o condomínio é uma das mais bonitas de Caraguatatuba. Próximo de Ubatuba é possível conhecer várias praias paradisíacas, por exemplo, a piscina natural da praia da Fortaleza.
