Welcome to our completely remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home that sleeps 7 and offers a truly exceptional experience. Step into the inviting front patio, equipped with a large grill, sink, and fridge, and plenty of seating for you to relax and entertain. Our home features a Game Room, Galley Kitchen with brand-new appliances, ensuring a delightful cooking experience. The living area boasts a spacious lazy boy reclining sectional and an impressive 100+” TV, perfect for cozy movie nights. The dining area provides comfortable seating for 7, creating a wonderful space for shared meals and conversations. For your convenience, we have stackable high-efficiency washer and dryer units in the hallways.



Prepare to indulge in luxury in our exquisite bathrooms, adorned with under cabinet LED dimmable lighting, luxe toilets, and refreshing rain shower heads. The primary and secondary bedrooms feature full-size mirror sliding closets, adding a touch of elegance and functionality. The third bedroom offers a unique perpendicular bunk bed, with a twin bed atop a double bed. Each room is equipped with a 40” TV, ensuring entertainment for all.

While we are centrally located, please note that the home is off the busy streets of Chorro and Foothill, so some street noise can be expected, and during certain seasons, there may be college students walking by. Additionally, we are conveniently located just half a mile from the nearest hospital and Cal Poly, and only 1 mile from downtown San Luis Obispo. If you're in the mood for outdoor adventures, local hiking trails and the airport are within 3-5 miles.
