About this space
Located on the shores of Idaho's largest lake, Lake Pend Oreille. The condo is one of the more sought-after lakefront units and includes 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and a BOAT DOCK. The unit is fully furnished with all the amenities including utilities, wi fi. Smart TV, and fireplace. We also have a storage room.
Relax with on-site amenities like heated pools and tennis courts. Walk across the street to City Beach and several food establishments, shops and galleries.
Avaliable for monthly stays only.
Other things to note
The complex is well maintained and you will receive a copy of the HOA rules . You will be responsible for any fines during your stay. If you bring your boat you will need to register it with the office and show a copy of your insurance prior to using the docks.
