Comfortable and well-appointed

We have stayed at this property a few tines already and will definitely rent again. It's close to town and the lake, and is convenient enough for a ski weekend. It's cozy, but not cramped, and has everything we need for time away from home.

Labor Day weekend getaway

We had a lovely Labor Day stay at this unit. It has great access to both the water and downtown Sandpoint. The unit was clean and organized. Would definitely book again.

The location of this condo is perfect. views are spectacular. walking distance to all the great restaurants. Everything you need is in the condo. these people have got this down to a science 5*****

Very clean and nicely furnished.

The property was cute and looked exactly like the pictures. It was also very clean and plenty of dishes, silverware, and nice pots and pans. The only negative was the nightly trains. With earplugs and a sound machine app we slept well though!

Overall, excellent!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, very nice, well equipped kitchen - entire condo very clean and well appointed. Walking distance to downtown and nice shops/restaurants. My only complaint is the noise. It's close to the highway and train tracks, so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Probably not as noisy in the winter when the windows can be closed.

Sandpoint stay

We enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint! The condo was very nice and was just as advertised. The view by of the water was delightful. However, I would strongly advise the owners to have the small bird perch (on a vent of some sort) directly above the steps into the condo hall blocked/wired over/etc. The result of this perch results in bird poop being quite plentiful on the entry steps resulting in guests walking thru it to enter. Not only does this create the situation of tracking poop into the condo … it is very unpleasant. I hope there is a rapid solution for future guests. Lydia kohout

This was our 5th time staying in this unit and feels like our home away from home. The condo is always very clean and the owner plays special detail to making your stay comfortable. Close to town for walking to dinner, sitting by the pool, going for a boat ride.Sandpoint has a lot to offer

Very nice condo

We were pleasantly surprised by this condo when we arrived. It is much bigger, modern, and cleaner than the pictures depict. Nice utinsels, dishes and silverware. All very orderly and well care for. The views from this condo are spectacular. Very nice grounds and pools. Walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, although if you need to drive there are lots of parking spots downtown. My husband and I were very comfortable in this condo and would liked to have stayed longer. We will certainly try to book this condo again the next time we come to Sandpoint.

Quality, well-appointed condo

Great location...on water, near-town...for either winter or summer activities. Quality unit with all the amenities you expect, and more. Extra toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, a keurig (and even the pods). We will keep this place on our "return" list.

Cozy condo in a great location

A perfect spot for our ski trip to Schweitzer. The condo was very comfortable for the two of us and we enjoyed the DVD collection and being able to walk into downtown Sandpoint. There is definitely some noise from the neighboring units, but nothing that bothered us too late at night.

A wonderful place to stay in beautiful Sandpoint.

We had a wonderful vacation. We just love this condo especially for its location which is right on the waterfront of the lake. It is also within walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. The property is well kept, clean, and beautifully decorated. We would describe it as being our “home away from home.” Would definitely return. Thank you so much.

Great condo in Sandpoint

We really enjoyed staying in this nicely decorated condo in Sandpoint. The location and layout was perfect. The kitchen had new high end appliances which made cooking and clean up a breeze. We were able to walk out the backdoor and quickly access the pool and river. We used our paddle boards in the river and rented a boat across the street at a marina. The river is a short distance into the lake by boat. We were able to walk to Starbucks and other restaurants in the downtown area. Overall great location. I would note that the trains, upstairs neighbors and street noise are a little loud and you may need earplugs for light sleepers. I would definitely stay again.
