Villa Pompano offers a very spacious open single level floor plan with a breath taking patio area, and outdoor jetted spa tub. Enjoy the Florida weather by sunbathing by the water, taking a dip in the pool or relaxing in the jetted tub. Enjoy the beauty of the underwater accent lighting in the evenings under beautiful star-filled skies.

INTERIOR:
Upon entering Villa Pompano you are greeted with an open floor plan and an unobtrusive view of the waterway. The living room is situated directly off the patio and offers a daybed. With three bedrooms and a daybed, there is sleeping availability for up to 9 guests. The home offers a well-stocked, and fully upgraded kitchen with updated appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry. When weather is not ideal, we have plenty of board games, a pool table andping-pong table for entertainment.

EXTERIOR:
The true appeal to Villa Pompano lies, undeniably, in the outdoor pool area. Both spacious and private, the setting is truly magnificent. Equipped with a full-size pool and chaise lounge pool chairs on the adjacent deck, the rear yard is situated on 75 feet of exposed water and presents breathtaking views of the constant boating activity. The pool area also features a gas BBQ with outdoor dining for six (6). The main beach portal is a short distance away and offers both lifeguard towers and outdoor cabanas for daily rental. There is also a multitude of first-class restaurants in the immediate beach area, as well as a Publix grocery store.
