The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean and put away all dishes. Clean off all tables and counters. If you used it, make sure outdoor grill is fully cleaned - top and bottom, or leave $25 for cleaners.
Hang up all towels & washcloths. Do NOT pile them on floor or leave on furniture. They can sour, or stain furniture. Leave AC on 77 (summer), or heat on 67 (winter).
Trash emptied and put out. Make sure ALL DOORS are LOCKED from inside. Lock back coded door from outside by pushing the code, then turn the lock knob as you did to initially open.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
REMOVE SHOES at all door entrances. If sand or dirt, HOSE OFF BODY + CLOTHES BEFORE ENTERING HOUSE, and dry off. PLEASE BRING NO SAND INTO THE HOUSE.
PLEASE No food or drinks in bedrooms or on furniture/cabinets - except water and USE COASTERS. Do NOT leave food out or open.
Hang up all towels. Wet clothes and pool towels outside on brick wall, or in bathrooms or drying rack in laundry rm. Only use POOL towels for pool.

Great and beautiful home! Definitely would consider staying here again! It was comfortable, clean and homely! Big home to accommodate a large family, great pool and hot tub and very private.
