Public boat access to both lakes, Beach/lake access on a small beach area steps away from the cottage & a shared picnic table. Perfect for families, friends or couples. Private fenced outdoor space, gas grill, fire pit, zero gravity chairs, corn hole & during summer months enjoy the local farmers market.

Nice Spot

Nice little spot by both lakes. No shoes in carpeted areas and no food or drink in the bedrooms. Smallest bathroom I've ever been in that had a bathtub. Overall a good spot to stay for doing activities in the area.

My husband and nephew's had everything they needed and the location was perfect. Home was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the height of the shower head, its a little low for taller people.

Beautiful lake house

We had a great time, perfect space for two toddlers and several adults. Loved the private backyard and fire pit. Lake was down the street just steps away. Highly recommend renting a boat from the marina and docking at the cottage. Small beach area for swimming but definitely a boating lake. Hosts responded to messages quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Elm Park Cottage

They call this a cottage because it is by the lake, but this is a house. The modern kitchen and bath, A/C, fenced yard, comfy beds and great location all make this a great place to stay. The host was really fast and thorough on all communications. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed including paper products, coffee, dishware, pots/pans, lots of outdoor chairs and lake toys. The kitchen is very modern with an extra drink fridge. We had a great time. Thanks much for making our stay so comfortable and fun.

Great Place to get away

It was a quiet neighborhood which was nice , Kristen was always available we had a few hiccups but she was ready and helped out in a timely matter . Only thing we suggest the beach access on the one side was across the street traffic is heavy especially on weekend area it self could use a little clean up . The access the other way you could get to the lake but not down to the water cause of the wall . But we enjoyed our stay .

Everything was just as it's listed. This was a nice place to stay at for the weekend. I can agree with another review the shower head is low for a taller person. But other then that it this place way amazing clean, had everything you would need. The location is perfect.
