This 1885 historic triplex has been creatively restored. They kept the best parts, the hardwood floors and massive brick fireplace which now serves as a center piece! Watch the world go by from the cute rocking chair front porch. The apartment has an open concept living, dining, & kitchen. The updated kitchen has granite counter tops and everything you need, including a Keurig coffeemaker. Down the hall there are two full bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a beautiful tiled walk in shower & washer/dryer. One bedroom has a queen, the other a king with a walk in closet. Off the king bedroom is access to the back porch which leads you to the shared courtyard. Located right across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. All while being a 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & 20 min walk to the Cargo District. Enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer! Long term stays are allowed, inquire within for monthly rates.

Not a place to sleep

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was clean and cozy but on a busy, noisy street. It also had uncomfortable beds.

Wilmington visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quick business trip with a colleague. The layout (two bedroom, two bath) was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well appointed for all our needs.
