Built in 2022, Maggie’s Midtown Bungalow is a new 2-bedroom dog friendly home
featuring a king bed in the master bedroom!
Perfectly located in the heart of everything Wilmington has to offer, Midtown is walking
distance to restaurants, cafes, shops. Park with playground, dog park, and hiking trails
less than a half a mile away - 5 minutes from UNC Wilmington, 10 minutes to Historic
Downtown, 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach and airport.

Enjoy this quiet location in the middle of everything! You’ll feel right at home in this 900
square foot, two-bedroom cottage, with 3 TVs and a fully stocked kitchen.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, with a queen bed in the second
room and streaming TVs in both. Relax in the open concept living area and kitchen space. Enjoy an array of games and
books or simply watch TV and hang out, lounging on the super comfortable couches. The well-stocked kitchen has just about anything you could possibly want to cook up a nice meal and features a nice-sized pantry closet. Coffee maker includes drip and Keurig. Dining options include a lift top extendable coffee table and a small floating island table
in the kitchen. Step out onto the back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee, cook on the grill, and let your dog out in the fully enclosed yard. A well-behaved dog is welcome! ($50 pet fee upon booking) - must notify prior to booking.
Washer/dryer included – linens with lots of extra blankets and pillows included!
High speed Wifi makes this space suitable for remote work.
Off-street Parking for 2 cars.

Peaceful place for your pups

Clean, quiet, safe location to bring your dogs. Fenced in side yard was perfect for our dogs. Location is awesome, close to restaurants, whole foods, Trader Joe's.

We had an amazing stay !! Maggie’s was clean and convenient. Amazing use of space very well decorated with all the things you need for a great stay. It makes you feel like you are in a high end place to stay.

Nice small house

The stay was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. My twenty year old loved the white fuzzy couch blanket and would love a link to the store it came from.
