Newly constructed in 2022, Maggie’s Midtown Bungalow is a charming and comfortable 900 square foot two bedroom dog-friendly home in a great location!
Perfectly located in the heart of everything Wilmington has to offer Midtown is walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops. Park with playground, dog park, and hiking trails less than a half a mile away - 5 minutes from UNCW, 10 mins to Historic Downtown, 15 min to Wrightsville Beach and airport.
Enjoy the quiet location in the middle of everything with a fully stocked kitchen and all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, with a queen bed in the second room and streaming TVs in both. Relax in the open concept living area and kitchen space. Enjoy an array of games and books while you lounge on the super comfortable couches or watch TV. The kitchen has just about anything you could possibly want for cooking and serving with granite countertops and a large pantry closet. Coffee maker includes drip and Keurig. Dining options include a lift top extendable coffee table and a small floating island table in the kitchen. Step out onto the back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee, cook on the grill, and let your dog out in the fully enclosed yard. Laundry room with washer/dryer – linens with lots of extra blankets and pillows included! Off street Parking for 2 cars. Dogs under 35lb welcome! Please inquire about long term stay discounts!

Peaceful place for your pups

Clean, quiet, safe location to bring your dogs. Fenced in side yard was perfect for our dogs. Location is awesome, close to restaurants, whole foods, Trader Joe's.

We had an amazing stay !! Maggie’s was clean and convenient. Amazing use of space very well decorated with all the things you need for a great stay. It makes you feel like you are in a high end place to stay.

Nice small house

The stay was very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. My twenty year old loved the white fuzzy couch blanket and would love a link to the store it came from.

Great little place.

The house was wonderful. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Location was great in the middle of everything. The A/C worked great. If you want a nice quiet place in town this is it. I will without a doubt stay here in the future. Oh and the bed was perfect.

Love the place

The home is perfect but the property management company needs to clean better. When we arrived, light bulbs was out in the living room, sheets stained and dirty, faucet loose in bathroom, shower still dirty, grass was high, etc. Other than that the location is perfect and house is great.
