About this property

Luxury 2Bed/1Bath space in house

Come vacation in luxury in a recently renovated finished basement all to your self! You have your own entrance and no shared spaces! The main bedroom has a full size fridge, microwave, cooktop & cozy queen size bed. There is heat and AC, pots and pans to cook with, and in 2nd bedroom/living area, a pull out sofa that sleeps up to two. The house is in a safe, suburban, upscale area only 35 minutes from Boston (outside rush hour). There is a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Other things to note
We do have a young 4 year old child upstairs who you may hear from time to time but she sleeps 9-11 hours through the night and a 8 month old who sleeps about 5-6 hours straight at night. Please keep this in mind
