POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This In-Town Classic Cape has just been renovated and reimagined throughout with new Kitchen and Bathrooms, wide plank floors, new furniture, and paint.
The new Living Area has vaulted ceiling with beams and skylights, sofa and chair seating, large screen TV, and French doors that open to the front yard. The new Gourmet Kitchen has stainless appliances and stone counters. The new full Bathroom and one of the three Bedrooms are also on the first floor. The other two Bedrooms and half Bath are upstairs.
