Entire cozy, relaxing, and peaceful home. Queen bed in the master bedroom and expandable queen daybed in the guest bedroom provide a comfortable stay for 4. Whether your stay includes a trip to unwind at the beautiful Jacksonville beaches, a trip to golf, a day of shopping, going to work, or a visit to Mayo, you are never far from your destination. Less than 5 miles to the beaches, 4 miles to 2 different golf courses, 8 miles to the St. Johns Town Center, and 3 miles to Mayo Clinic.

The property is located very close to Mayo Clinic. It is close also to beaches and some natural areas. It is very clean. and has a plenty space inside. There is a green backyard with a table and chairs. It is quite neighborhood. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.
