6,000 square ft home. 30 feet from Lake Austin. Swimming pool, hot tub, outside entertaining areas. Close enough to downtown yet secluded. Gate, walled property. Complete privacy

Large back yard with the only sandy beach on Lake Austin. Grill for up to 25 people. Multiple decks for entertaining large groups. Boat tie off to dock available.

Three king and two queen size beds. Several air mattresses and couches.

Parking: Can park up to 6 vehicles.

Transportation: 20 minutes to Downtown, 40 minutes to the Circuit of The Americas track and 35 minutes to Austin Bergstrom International Airport.

Pets: **None Allowed**

Smoking: **No smoking allowed, in or outside the home**

Perfect for family vacation or entertaining. There is no other property directly on Lake Austin as nice as this one. Amazing!

Groups larger than 12-15 are allowed for special occasions but must be reviewed and authorized by the owner in advance of stay.

We recently rented this Vrbo home to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, and everything turned out great. We had friends over, hired a chef, and the entire stay went as planned. Everyone had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the property.When we arrived, everything in the home was clean, ready, and set up for us to enjoy. Parking was convenient, the location was great, and there were restaurants nearby, which made everything even easier.Overall, it was a great experience and the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Spectacular pool and outdoor spa area and the location on the lake was exceptional. Unfortunately there were no chairs or lounges by this area, we had to go out and purchase our own. The kitchen was functional and well furnished and the beds were all very comfortable. The furnishings were all quite heavy and included many personal and memorabilia items sitting out and on display which were indeed quite fragile. Perhaps not an ideal house if you have young and exploring children. Jay was really super to work with and was incredibly responsive and helpful with any and all questions. Could not ask for a better contact person if renting a house.

With a due respect there are multiple chair and bench options on all decks available. This guest wanted chairs around the immediate pool area which we purposely do not recommend as it is a high traffic area especially with children. All personal items, photos etc are kept on higher shelves well out of the reach of little children We frequently have younger guests and welcome them.

We loved the location. This is a true 5 star experience- perfect Lake Austin location. Walk to the Ski Shores cafe; swim in the pool or hot tub. Catch bass off the boat dock. The views from the second story boat house just melt any stress away from you. Dr J is a superb host- very clear and prompt communication with him. Would stay again

We had the opportunity to stay at this lakeside oasis over the last weekend and would honestly give it 5 stars if we could. Not only was the home beautiful and well appointed, but Dr. Jay was one of the most gracious and communicative hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The location was ideal with one of a kind lake views, a stunning pool, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and take it all in. If you are looking for your next lakeside escape, look no further than this property!

Beautiful home

The property was in a beautiful area and right on the lake. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub and also cooking out. All of the beds were very comfortable and we were treated like special guests in their home.

Dr. Jay is an amazing host! Incredibly helpful in planning before getting to Austin and overly communicative/helpful during our stay which was such an added benefit. The house itself is great for a big group and has an amazing backyard, pool, and lake access. This central Lake Austin location was perfect for us. A few doors down from the epic Ski Shores Cafe was so convenient to the best nachos and burgers in town. The pool looked like it flowed right into the lake. We enjoyed it everyday. Along with wake surfing and jet skiing right off the back of the house. Dr. Jay is the best host ever. Thanks for a great trip.
