2 Bedroom 2 Bath with 2-Queen sleeper sofas1400 square foot brand new home. Large Back Deck for Entertaining with a pellet grill with seating and shade. Has all the amenities including dishes and everything you need for cooking and a home away from home. Enjoy playing horseshoes outback or just hanging out with friends. Half Mile from Self-Creek Marina that offers boat slip rentals, trailer parking, boat and jet ski rentals, two minutes from food and gas. Hawg Wild shaved Ice located on the water behind Self-Creek Marina. Daisy State Park and Bear Creek ATV trails within 1/2 mile. 20 Minutes from Glenwood, Arkansas which offers the Caddo River for floating and canoeing and a beautiful golf course. Also, 20 minutes from Albert Pike. Murfreesboro Diamond Mine is also less than 30 min drive. Very relaxing and is cleaned and sanitized before arrival. Nice kitchen with everything you need to grill outside on the large back deck or prepare any meal with everything you need to do so. Can relax and enjoy guests with lots of seating and shade. Huge Ceilings with large windows beautiful sunrise with natural light! Lots of room with 60' tv in living area, with cozy recliners and seating. Two decked out bathrooms and laundry room. Home away from home with everything you need to extra bedding, fans for back deck, coffee and all cooking essentials. Huge living area with open space for extra guests! This house was built and completed in May of 2023 with new furniture and amenities. I love that everything is nearby, and we are less than a 1/2 mile for landing, 20 minutes to Caddo River, 20 minutes from Albert Pike, less than 30 minutes to Diamond Mine and right on Lake Greeson. Also, in the evenings enjoy seeing the deer right in our back yard.

Family of 6 for a yearly family camp trip and will be staying at this property again. Communication was amazing, VERY COMFY beds - even pull out couch. We were very pleased with this choice and hope to stay a couple extra days next year.

We had a very nice stay overall. The house was nice and clean, and our stay from beginning to end was quite pleasant and comfortable. The proximity of the house to the state park, boat launch and marina was very convenient and provided quick and easy access to the lake. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Mining Adventure

This was an awesome property and very fun place to stay. We were a group of high school students and teachers on a trip to the quartz and diamond mines. We dug in the morning and cooled off in the lake afterwards. Property was perfectly located for us! The host was very nice and went out of her way to be hospitable. Definitely recommend!!

Quaint, clean, and great access to various outdoor activities and adventures!

This home was very clean and comfortable, and so local to everything that we planned to do while we were there! We went to Little Missouri Falls and spent time hiking and wading in the various natural pools. We also spent time on Lake Greeson pulling a very large tube behind the boat, which the teenagers absolutely loved! Lana was a great host and we can't thank her enough for letting us enjoy spend time at her place! We will definitely be back if we head that way again!

Little get away

Was impressed with all the room my grandkids had to run around and play. Plenty of sleeping areas and bedding. Personally for us would have preferred an easier operating grill. For some reason flies swarmed front porch. Needed coffee pot supplies. Over all it was an awesome place to stay. Definitely won't mind staying there again.

Simply Amazing!

Where do I start. From the moment I walked in I was amazed at how the place looked. Everything was so nice and the entire house was spotless. Mrs. Lana was a fantastic host who made my family and myself feel so welcomed just from the few times I messaged her. Our entire trip was like home away from home because most everything I needed from bathroom supplies to kitchenware was already there. I can’t thank Mrs. Lana enough for our stay at her property.

I love that we are on the water side and have plans to clear a path to the water very soon. We have made alot of new friends and its a great quiet place to relax.

What makes this property unique

Our place is Beautiful, love the design and especially the tall ceilings. It is a very coxy, roomy and has lots of space. Everyone that has been able to stay always compliments how nice and relaxing it is. You will not find a cleaner new lake house with all the amenities like this one.
