About the host
Hosted by Gui Alinat

We are a French-American couple with 5 children, residing in Florida. We travel a lot, often between our French and Florida homes.
Why they chose this property
This is a peaceful, charming house with a lot of character. First built in 1360 as a fort, it was made habitable in 1870. This house has been in my family for a very long time. My wife and I recently renovated it to include all the modern comfort and luxury you'd expect in a tastefully decorated house.
What makes this property unique
It is set in one of the most beautiful villages of the region. It's peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and very beautiful. The house itself has a lot to tell. We tried to preserve its unique character and the renovation includes hardwood floors, wooden beams, chalk walls, fireplace, unique antiques and more...
