Anchorage West 142 is a beautifully updated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo that is located on Lake Dillon. Sleeps 6. Incredible mountain views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living area. Comfortable living room with flatscreen and wood fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Dining table seats 6. This south facing condo is full of light. Large covered private deck with gas grill can be used year-round. Washer/Dryer combo in unit. Walk down the steps and out to the lakefront. Ski locker outside the front door.

Less than a 5 minute drive to City Market, REI, Starbucks, snowsport rental, sporting goods, cinema, bowling, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife and the Silverthorne Outlets. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the new lake ice and hockey rink.

In the Summer: On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path with over 55 miles of paved trails. Easy walk to town, Friday Farmers Market, parks, sculptures. Take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater for shows from June to September.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect! Clean, well stocked, beautiful furnishing... Only tough thing is tough to navigate there is the very tiny parking space. If you had a truck or large SUV, I don’t know how’d you’d even fit. That’s just a heads up to future renters. Everything else was amazing!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful property, close to dining/shopping. Thermostat set and held at 80. No information on how to access tv or WiFi. There is a lockbox and a keypad to access the condo, no clear communication on how to gain access. Had to call for assistance. The first point of contact had me try several codes. The office sent someone over very quickly. He was extremely nice. The floor heaters wouldn’t turn off. It was extremely warm the first night. They brought over the WiFi password on the second day but failed to change the temperature and provide info on how to use the tv. There was an old fish smell in the sink that I was able to mitigate by running the garbage disposal with hot water and soap. The woman I spoke with on Saturday morning was rude and told me they had received my messages but there should be a blue binder in the condo that would address all of my issues and I assured her that if there were I wouldn’t be calling, I found it odd that she had acknowledge she received my message, but never placed a call back. Property is beautiful. Property management needs to step up their game.
