The apartment was nice, neat and clean, great accommodation for a family of 5. Staff were very friendly and host very responsive. Drawbacks, I was not aware the building was under cosmetic renovation, so we didn’t have access to our balcony, the heavy plaster covered window view, so it really limited the view of ocean and the pool is only open on Saturday and Sundays due to ongoing renovations, we had only one day to swim and the lobby smells like weed the entire stay.

Muy bueno Galván algunos utencilios renovar sartenes falta para recoger la basura ventanas sucias no se ve bien el panorama el olor a marihuana era insoportable el primer dia salia por el ventilador del site acondicionado. Lo demás todo bien.

The condo was mostly as expected, and the check-in process was relatively seamless.The Valet out front told me that valet was by the hour only and we had to park at a parking garage down the street if we wanted daily/overnight…when we were planning to valet and park and the building. Minor inconvenience. Once inside, we were disappointed by the building's ongoing facade work. While the listing mentioned weekday pool closures when we booked, it did not mention that all windows would be completely covered in plastic. The view was a major reason we chose this rental, so having it almost 100% obstructed was a letdown.There were a few minor maintenance details that could be improved, but we won't let those affect our overall rating. It's a nice place, but the window situation should have been disclosed upfront.
