Property is located on the ocean in a 4 star hotel resort with beautiful views of the ocean and city from the balcony . The hotel has one pool,two hot tubs ,tiki bar by the pool and a spa. There is a valet and concierge service for guests.The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , living and kitchen. The unit has been renovated and exquisitely furnished. You will be a 10 minute drive or bus ride from South Beach.
THE UPPER DECK POOL is ready. Guests have the use of two pools. The upper deck and the lower pool. The access is through the mezzanine level. GYM is available to guests. The renovations are complete
Parking is only valet. $35 a day for week days, $40 a day for weekends and weekly charge $175.Oversized vehicles-$50 weekends and $45 weekends.
A pack and play is available at a charge of $30 but is subject to availability.

Mid beach Miami

The property was beautiful! Check-in process could not have been smoother! I would stay here again. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the deck gives you a view of both the ocean and the inlet.

Lovely host, easy communications and check in and out. The condo was great for our family of five, with nice beds and linens and a stocked kitchen. The pools and beach access were great. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Booked this 2 bedroom suite for my family to see Taylor Swift concert. Great location. We enjoyed the pool. Easy access to beach. Valet service was prompt. View was great form the balcony. A few lights were out and mgmt was very prompt to fix. A picky thing but Would love to see the beautiful lights shine brighter (need Dusting). Would I stay here again - yes.

Great, clean, comfortable apartment!

Great experience. Apartment is CLEAN and well maintained. (Always most important to me). Comfortable (comfortable beds and linens). Well located in a building with a great pool and beach access. Nicely decorated (as pictured). And host was very responsive. Would rent again!

Miami Beach

Wonderful place at The Alexander! Place is as described, very clean, and secure. Property is in a great location, with both beach and pool access. Security guards are at both the main entrance to the resort and at the back entrance to pool. Certainly would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. There is a nice convenience store on the lobby level. No outside food or beverages are allowed at the pool however you can purchase food and drinks by the pool, they a little on the expensive side but good.

. We had a very nice stay. We appreciate the host’s attentiveness. There were no problems with checking in, checking out, or the condo. The weather wasn’t great and not a lot to do in the immediate area besides the pool and beach. We rented bikes and had fun on the very nice boardwalk biking

We were treated like royalty there by the valet and front desk the whole time. The apartment was better than we expected by the pictures and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! We got to watch a beautiful sunset wedding birds eye view from the balcony on 4th of july that was at the alexander (bonus). The owner made sure we had everything we needed and were very happy with his place. We will be back!

Great Stay

The owner communicated very effectively and timely. The only issue I had was finding and using washer and dryer. The QR code did not work and I had to purchase a card. There was ni sign so go to trash room and you’ll find it. But the apartment itself was extremely clean, had great views and was just as described. I’d definitely stay here again!

A Great Miami Beach Get Away!

This is a lovely unit, exactly as described. The renovations were largely (99%) complete by the time we left on 12/18/21 and we experienced no disturbances at all. The bed linens are new and absolutely luxurious!! One of our favorite parts was the balcony, you can see a beautiful sunrise over the beach and a stunning susnset over the city from your private balcony or just relax taking in both views when you want a just break from the beach. The large TV's in every room are also a plus. We took Ubers into South Beach for great meals almost every night. Our favorite was Jose Andres The Bazaar. The beach at the Alexander is very well maintained, it is cleaned of any seaweed every morning, the beach rentals are $35 for a full day for two chairs and an umbrella and the beach is very easily accessible from the hotel. It is a quiet beach that is a easy to swim and play in. The Owner is extremely responsive and very pleasant. I was impressed with every interaction I had with her. I would definitely recommend this unit and working with this owner as she does have more than one unit in the building if this one is not availble. Thank you, Gunjan!

Scam with stained linens

Apartment is nice and well maintained. The kitchen is just a corner in the living room, with no usable counter space, but has all the necessities. The building is undergoing renovation, but there was no noise. There was lot of noise and yelling from other building occupants though. The common areas are dingy and dirty. The foyer smells like mold, but the building management tries to mask the odor with some soapy perfume. When we arrived we found a messy freezer and an exploded soda can inside. The cleaners were promptly summoned to clean it the following day. Overall we had a nice stay with one exception. After we left, the owner claimed that we had stained 2 towels and 2 pillow cases. We did not, the stains were there when we arrived. She withheld $70 from the damage deposit claiming that she needed to buy set of linens and set of 4 towels. Gunjan, the owner, did not bother to pro-rate the linens, based on how old they were and/or how many times they've been washed and the expected lifetime use of the towels. For someone claiming to be very honest, she did try to swindle us in a real cheap way.

Great Location! Close to beach!

Great location, nice and close to the beach. Two pools to choose from the upper level is more for adults. The room was spacious. Nice bathrooms First day or two had issues with elevator but resolved. Would go again.

Overall a great place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay the few days we were there. We had no idea how busy the area is, and this were not prepared for all the traffic. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the fact that our bracelet would not work that enabled us to open the door to get back to the hotel from the public beach. This was a problem for most everyone though,and should be addressed by the hotel staff.

Another Great Stay in Miami Beach

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. The condo is in a great location. Great for walking or hopping on the Trolley. Gunjan is an awesome host. Super responsive and the condo is fantastic. Clean and comfortable. Looking forward to next year.

Birthday Trip

I really enjoyed my stay! It’s right by everything and close to ocean drive. Beautiful views and very clean. Hating the beach that close is marvelous! Two pools, a tiki bar, jacuzzi, restaurant inside. Everything was just beautiful! The host is wonderful and supplied everything we needed. Definitely recommend! I will be staying at this place again in the future.

Silky smooth check in/out process. An absolutely amazing, responsive and gracious host. One of best I’ve ever had! Condo is cozy and nicely appointed. Conveniently located on the beach/boardwalk with full access to the properties amenities-pools, wave runners etc. Lyft/Uber super cheap in Miami and extremely fast. Definitely a redo for us! Thanks Gunjan for an amazing stay.

The unique benefits of this property as I mentioned is its location, in mid Miami beach, part of a condo hotel and on the ocean. The condo is 15 minutes away from most Miami attractions. I have newly renovated the place and it has lovely furnishings, chandeliers etc. It would be a pure pleasure to stay here.
