Unlike most properties, the owners have paid in advance for two beach chairs and one umbrella through the Beach Service. No stress of carrying your chairs and umbrella. You just walk to the beach and chairs will be set up for you! (seasonal through October).

🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
🔹 One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
🔹 Bar of soap per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
🔹 One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
🔹 Make-up removers per bathroom
🔹 Single sized dish liquid
🔹 Single sized dish washing detergent pack
🔹 Single use laundry washing detergent
🔹 Two large trash bags
🔹 Small trash bag for each bathroom
🔹 Roll of Paper towels
❌ Beach towels are not provided.
🆔 You must provide a Valid ID at Check in that matches the name on the Rental Agreement and Check in Letter.
🎫 Wristbands are free and claimed on the 3rd floor between the hours of 9am – 1am
🔹 Outside of those hours, guests should simply stop by the 3rd floor the morning after their arrival without penalty or issue.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🚮 TRASH CHUTES: located at the end of each walkway (i.e. every floor has an east and west trash chute near the ’01 and ’09 units).
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
🚗 Parking passes are $50 each
🔹 Passes are purchased on the 3rd floor (either at the front desk or via the kiosk located in the counter for after hour use).
🔹 Guests are welcome to purchase their parking pass prior to arrival by visiting the San Carlos parking page link which we will provide upon confirmation of your booking.
🔹 Max three (3) parking passes is allowed.
🔹 For the vehicle with 1st or 2nd pass, you can park anywhere except the Second Floor Garage.
🔹 All 3rd Passes can be used ONLY toward the overflow lot.
🔹 Vehicles with storage racks and/or hitches mounted to front or rear of the vehicles must park in the overflowing parking lot
🔹 Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.
🔹Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
🛑 No RV's, buses, trailers, and tow-along vehicles
🛑 GUEST CAN NOT PARK ON THE 2ND FLOOR. THE VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE
