Cleanliness and things to doIt is a very

It is pretty quiet all arond the units and homes right there. But you have them everywhere, the traffic noise with the louder cars going by on the street. Overall very comfortable with a few extras. And sites to see new places. Loved the bells and chims etc you could hear up the road at Tennessee Tech

Numerous bugs (100) coming in under the door and then around the windows. They were getting further into the unit. 2 days after I asked for Stevens Realty to deal with this, they had not. Vaguely said they would "put in a work order." I said to get them out that day or rent me a hotel room. They did neither. I left and went to a hotel on my dime. I will file a complaint with VRBO

The day after I got there, bugs started filling the area inside the door. They later began coming in around the windows and getting further into the unit. The host paid lip service to "putting in a work order," then said they would have to line up pest control...After two days, I left and went to a hotel. I requested a refund of the total I paid. Stevens Realty stated they will refund two nights. I don't know if that will happen. Regardless, I will file a formal complaint with VRBO.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that no pest-related concerns were reported during the majority of your long stay. The issue was brought to our attention only near your checkout date, and as soon as it was reported, we immediately scheduled pest control to address it.
