The place was incredibly clean and the host were fantastic. The location was 5 minutes from the college and it was downtown so you had lots of restaurants and shops around. We loved it and will be staying there again in the future.

This place was a cool spot for our needs. We could walk to dinner and enjoy ice cream each night. It slept well, gave us plenty of space to move around and would recommend to another couple looking for a quick escape.

Awesome downtown stay

We loved this loft for our trip to Cookeville. It's walking distance to most stuff and easy to to get around. Short distance drive to TN Tech and other parks, like Cane Creek. Dogwood park is walking distance and a wondeful city park with a creek and playground.
