Come enjoy this convenient location where you can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, Crossfit Mayhem, Tennessee Tech, and most importantly, Cookeville's famous Ralph's donuts! It has a full size bed, sofa, roomy chair, full kitchen, bathroom with shower/tub and outdoor porch! You will enjoy the historic feel of the loft with the exposed brick walls and tall ceilings!
