Lakefront home in a Tree Fort like setting perched above the Spectacular Lake!!

Lovely single family lakefront in Picturesque Medford with over 450 feet of waterfront. Sit on the inviting dock and look out for bald eagles, blue heron and a variety of ducks! You may even hear an owl on occasion It’s truly a peaceful environment to unwind and relax and read a book in a tree fort like setting with towering trees throughout the property. There are 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bedrooms with full size beds. The cozy sectional sofa is a perfect spot to relax to watch tv and enjoy the water views! Be sure to unwind at the neighborhood sandy beach in the refreshing water equipped with a pavilion and perfect spot for a picnic. It’s an ideal location to enjoy the scenery or a refreshing swim in the lake. Free parking is convenient to the beach and free beach tags are provided. Or swim responsibly off our private dock at the house. No diving, It’s shallow around the dock.

Luxury on the Lake

This is a beautiful family home directly on the lake set amongst the trees. It's quiet, peaceful, and a great place for friends or family to gather. Everything worked perfectly and it's highly recommended.

Serene stay by the lake

My husband, son and I recently stayed at Jen’s place and had a great weekend. Jen was so easy to communicate with and available to answer our questions about the best places to go with a toddler. There is so much to see in Medford! The property was clean and had great outdoor areas. Walking down to the dock at night was such a special memory!

Returned to the area for 50th HS Reunion. Brought some family members along for the road trip. Had an excellent time. House is beautiful, comfortable, welcoming and had everything we needed. Enjoyed time on the lake with kayak and our paddle boards. Caught some fish one evening from the dock. Enjoyed a day hiking and at the beach in Cape May and Wildwood. Enjoyed a day kayaking the Batsto River. Great long weekend trip. Thanks!

I am born and raised in New Jersey and settled in the beautiful Pine Barrens which is so full of awe and wonder with a wide range of wildlife, plants, and towering trees. Our home is a lakefront property in a natural and private setting that feels like a tree fort perched above the lake with 450 feet of waterfront to explore. We often see eagles soaring in the sky, beavers swimming in the lake and it's a great spot to do some fishing off the dock.

Thank you for your interest! Consider our home for your stay! We do not allow events of any size, no smoking and no pets allowed!

The neighborhood is wooded with lakes and an abundance of natural beauty. It’s also very safe here with a strong sense of community.

My home is unique because it is nestled high above the lake allowing for a spectacular view of the lake with towering trees creating a tree fort like setting!! You may hear an owl from time to time!
