Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback, Betty. We were surprised by the three-star rating, particularly because you, as the reservation holder, did not personally stay at the property. The home was occupied by members of your family visiting from outside the country, and no concerns or issues were communicated to us by you or your family during their eight-night stay. We also accommodated a complimentary late checkout until 3:00 p.m. and remained understanding when the departure extended beyond that time. Because no written feedback accompanied the rating, we were not given an opportunity to understand or address any concerns.
