Do you LOVE the Ocean, warm summer weather, sea breezes, a heated Pool, Hot tub, the BEACH. You deserve to treat yourself. Come and spend a holiday at our private condo. Relax & enjoy the fun & peaceful surroundings.

Our beautiful spacious oceanfront condo is situated on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea Resort. We're located just south of Nanaimo, right next to Yellow Point Lodge. Our fully equipped condo offers fantastic views of the Stuart Channel and 1475 square feet of living space on 2 levels. We offer 2 Queen sized bedrooms, 2 full 4-piece baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 balconies, and on-site laundry facilities. The Main living area is located on the Top Floor and the second hotel style bedroom and en-suite are on the second floor. This end unit located close to the pool is one of largest in the complex with three private decks.

Inn of the Sea is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in the summer and as a secluded retreat in the winter. With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to get away.

Amenities at the resort include a large ocean-side heated pool (open on or around May 15th to Sept 30th) and a Hot Tub heated and open year round. Our private dock offers boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. There's a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, various bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court, and lots of green space.

Time can be spent beach combing, checking out the tidal pools and starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing around the heated pool and hot tub.

This is our family vacation spot that we’ve been coming to for years. The location is unique on Vancouver Island. It is a private oceanside resort set in the charming countryside rather than a busy tourist town.
We are located at Inn of the Sea, 3600 Yellow Point Road, Nanaimo BC.
Within a 5-10 minute drive: two pubs, grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, the town of Cedar, farmer's market (Sunday 10-2), neighbourhood roadside stands with fresh country eggs and produce. Within a 25-35 minute drive: two craft breweries, a half dozen wineries, hiking, climbing, fishing, crabbing, a large shopping mall, major outlet stores (Costco, Home Depot, Cabelas, etc.)

Within a 45-60 minute drive: Rathtrevor Beach, Parksville, Coombs, water tubing down Lake Cowichan River, the cute town of Chemainus, multiple gulf islands via ferry.

Being from the East Coast, my husband and I love the ocean. We have always dreamed of owning an ocean front property and a few years ago we made that dream come true. It was the best decision we have ever made. We now live in Morinville Alberta, just outside of Edmonton and we try to escape to the island with our kids as much as we can.

Why they chose this property

We discovered this property a few years ago when we were searching for a family oriented waterfront vacation rental. We found paradise, it had everything we were looking for and more.....needless to say we bought a condo there and now want to share what we have found.

Having a boat dock available to moore our boat is a huge advantage to us.
