There is spacious loft (Queen size Futon sleeper) located above the Living Room, as well as a convenient Powder Room on the Living Room level. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and newer appliances. This condo is a short drive to the Diamond Peak ski resort and only five minutes to the Hyatt Casino or the beaches of Incline Village. **The loft features a Queen Size futon sleeper**.
