Beautiful place, view is fantastic, close to everything. Immaculately clean. Would be nice if agreements could be e-signed but that’s a small thing. Host was very responsive, very respectful.

The pictures are very accurate for this 3 Ievel townhouse. There is the entry way & door to the garage where the washer and dryer are. Then 14 pretty wooden floor steps up to the 2nd level with the bedrooms & the bath/shower. Then 14 more steps up to the open living, dining and kitchen area with 2 glass sliding doors out to the balcony with a view of the beautiful lake. These steps are mentioned in the description. We are 78 and handled the up & down situation, but did get a little winded at first because of the altitude. It was good exercise for us.The place was spotless on our arrival. The water pressure is excellent in the showers with plenty of towels and supplies. There are also several fans for warm weather.There are a few spices in the cabinets with a bag of coffee filters. You will need to bring your own coffee. There is a Welcome Center that will help you with several ideas regarding things you'd like to do. I recommend using them. There's also a large grocery store in town, lots of restaurants, a cute bowling alley, and local stores to shop in. I think you would enjoy this good location, beautiful lake, and convient to everything.

Very convenient location with views of the lake. In addition, very close to Diamond Peak Ski, we could see the lifts at Diamond Peak Ski Resort we used during the day. Enjoyed our stay in this clean house with both easy access to ski and also to the beach on the same day.

SmileNote** Stairs is not a game changer for us. However we are middle aged and we both agreed the steps was our only con. Great place to stay!

Girlfriend and I extended a Reno business trip and visited Lake Tahoe for the first time. The condo was clean, well-equipped, convenient, and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again on any future return trips to this area.

Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s sits on the hill and has a nice view of Lake Tahoe. We were able to see fireworks from the location.

The location was fabulous!! We slept like babies each night… the beds were so comfortable… coffee each morning with the lake on one side and mountain slopes on the other…. What a perfect set up!! Amazing!!

Short visit

Needs a little updating, but clean, very functional with beautiful views. We had lots of snow yet the driveway and carport were clear and easily accessible. Host communication was excellent. Would stay again.

Beautiful townhouse, nice stay

The space is perfect for two adult couples or couples with (adult) children. We enjoyed the sunset views, quick access to amenities (Kings Beach) and Sand Harbor which is my favourite beach. Although it’s 3 storey (stairs), so not wheelchair accessible? But otherwise, Would recommend if budget allows.

Clean and comfortable

The reason I gave 4 stars not 5 was the location. It was far from beaches and there was no real outdoor place to hang out.
