Welcome to Saida, South Padre Island's beach front playground, where your favorite vacation pastimes are right outside your door! Saida I #102 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor condo that can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The condo features a spacious kitchen, living and dining area. The living room with flat screen TV gives access to the ocean front patio and looks out onto the blooming, tropical grounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, flat screen TV and private master bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with a newly remodeled walk-in shower, large vanity mirror and ample counter space. Guests have access to an additional full bathroom with combination shower and bath tub.

Spend your days meandering through the beautiful grounds, taking a dip in any of the 3 ocean front pools, sipping your favorite beverage under a shady palapa, challenging your friends to a game of tennis, combing the beach for seashells or enjoying many local shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Spend a lazy day on the beach, or in the lazy river at the Schlitterbahn Waterpark, conveniently located within 5 minutes from the Saida Resort.

Every stay at Saida I #102 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. The property was as described in the listing. The location to the beach was excellent; just outside the back door. The pool was right outside the door. The property is spacious and the two full bathrooms each had double sinks and large.

Delightful Vacation

Went as family vaca. Others had their own condos. Great location, so close to beach and pools. Place was totally outfitted with everything we needed. Questions got answered quickly by property mgmt. Appreciated the credit for equipment. We were only one in our group that had that. Look forward to going back!

Would definitely book again!

Stay was well worth it, has everything you need and first floor access makes it a breeze going to and from beach or pools. Located steps away from one of the pools. Security staff is friendly and very vigilant. Only complaint is that master bed is a bit on the squeaky side but not a deal breaker for me as a day on the beach will put ya to sleep pretty quick. The rental team responded quickly to any issue I had but very good option for self check in and not having to deal with any staff if that's the route your looking for as well but just good to know they're there a text or call away if you a need em. Would definitely book again!

Best condo and location!

The apartment is located on ground floor just steps from the pool and beach which we mostly enjoy, the unit is very well equipped in the kitchen, no sofa bed as described, but the couch was really comfortable for an adult. The terrace is great you have the pool and beach just in front of you and a big patio, it was great for our baby. We had some issues with the AC and fridge, but the agency took care of it the same day, fridge was replaced, which we considered a great service from SPI rentals. We really enjoyed our stay and we are planning on booking this unit again in the future.

Súper recomendable, un lugar tranquilo y muy relajante , fácil acceso a la playa , muy limpio , solo tuve complicaciones con mi acceso al entran con el coche pero me resolvieron súper amables , lo recomiendo 100 por cierto
