Welcome to our cozy First Floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, grilling area, and more. Even better, the beach is only a quick walk from this condo's front door!! Enjoy all of your favorite coastal pastimes, soak up the sun on the beach, or head to the nearby Schlitterbahn Waterpark for a day of thrills! The building also has a coin operated washer/dryer for your convenience!! NO PETS ALLOWED!

This property is super close to the Schlitterbahn Waterpark!!

Other Things to Note:
*HOA has implemented a wrist band policy for all guests over the age of 10 and under the age of 35 for the month of March and holidays with a $30 fee per person paid to the HOA.

Additional fees may be added for guests that do not follow the rules:

Unregistered/not approved pet - $200
