Stunning and extremely private end unit backing onto conservation land. Two bedrooms, two baths and a finished lower level comprise three floors of living space. Unit is filled with great light and has two French doors leading to the main level deck which runs the entire length of the back of the home. Both of the large bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings and incredible closet space. The lower level has a sofa that pulls out to a queen bed and a large laundry room. Short walk to the center of town

Beautiful property - everything we needed and more was there when we arrived. Quiet neighborhood - nice walk to downtown. It was the perfect property. We needed to contact the owner on a small item - he was responsive,, supportive and resolved in seconds. Highly recommend this Property in P-Town. We would definitely rent against. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful house

We stayed here for five days. The house is in a lovely quiet location, overlooking a peaceful reserve, but not too far from Commercial St. It is clean and well-equipped, with everything you need. We really enjoyed the porch space too.

The house itself is very nice, well-furnished and located within walking distance of both the Fine Arts Work Center, and Commercial Street, as well as the bakery and restaurant Far Land’s, which serves delicious breakfast and lunch. The air conditioning in the house is works well, even on particularly hot days, making it a perfect retreat from the heat. The kitchen is impressively well-equipped—especially great for cooking rice and other meals with ease. We also really appreciated the thoughtful layout of the home. There’s an upper outdoor deck ideal for sunbathing, reading, or just relaxing, and a cozy side porch that’s perfect for unwinding in the afternoon. The outdoor Christmas lights add a charming touch! Inside, the L-shaped sofa in the kitchen/living room area makes for a comfortable spot to watch films or listen to music. The washer/dryer setup in the basement is super convenient, especially for longer stays.The cluster of houses we stayed in was also home to a very sweet cat and bunny. Our people neighbors were also super friendly. The one downside of the place is that the grocery store is not within convenient walking distance, although Jacob was kind enough to drive us there to pick up groceries. Chris was also extremely quick to help us when we found ourselves locked out of the house. Overall, the space is very clean, welcoming, and well cared for—we’d definitely recommend it and would love to return!
