Perfect Maryland experience

Property owners are very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with! Property was great, hosts provided everything you may need. We shucked oysters in the back yard, picked crabs, and it was a convenient location to our fishing boat. Will definitely be back!

This was perfect. Kevin is extremely thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Both houses were lovingly maintained along with the immense outdoor living spaces. Great spot for a family getaway. Highly recommend.

The experience was amazing. The property is well cared for, clean, serene, relaxing. There are so many nice touches for vacationers to appreciate like coffee, spices, paper towels, foil wrap, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Plenty of clean towels, comfy bedding, beach towels. The owner is the best. Just amazing. Could not be more responsive. Could not be nicer. This is our second summer vacation here and we expect to be back again next year. I’d recommend this rental for family gatherings or friends group. Plenty of space to be together and also to have some separate time as well.

Beautiful Woodland River Retreat!

We had such a wonderful time at the property, reconnecting with old friends. There was so much space, lots of things to do like Kubb, horseshoes, hot tubbing, canoeing/kayaking, grilling and more. Everyone was so impressed by the property. Kevin the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more!

Great place in the middle of nowhere

This property and buildings areeven better than described. Sitting on the dock watching the sunset or hanging out one of the many porches with the fire ring, this place is a quiet treasure. Kevin is very communicative and the house is very well stocked. Cool mix of new and old in the houses. 5*
