4-Plex Apartment "B" (first floor, southern sunny end unit, post storms restored / all new interior-additional updated pictures soon) is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf ocean and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on southern end of the top rated Anna Maria Island.

Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the Bay, lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large all stainless grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your apartment window...

Family of 4 (kids 5 and 8yrs)- loved our stay! The beach is beautiful and peaceful and steps away. We also walked to a lot of restaurants. The property was spotless and had all the essentials. We especially appreciated the quality pots and pans so we could do a bit of cooking. And we did laundry every night in the shared unit- it was never in use. The host was fabulous too; we would definitely return!!

Capt. Mike, owner of Salty Living Rentals & Property Services (SLRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its great location and proximity to the Beach, City Parks, and the Bay. The property has on site parking spaces, one assigned parking space for your villa. Additional day time public parking is on the East side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a beach wedding or day visitors.

What makes this property unique

When you stay here you can park your car and forget it (recommended). Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short FREE Island Trolley ride away, including Historical Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach city pier and much of the BEST the island has to offer.
The Sand Dollar white sandy beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is almost no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach or charter scuba (ask diver, Capt. Mike or the local dive shop), and other watercraft rentals are just a short walk down the beach. Just let Capt. Mike know what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and he'll be happy to guide you in the right direction…
